RUN A THEATRE COMPANY

Have you ever wanted to learn how to run a theatre company?

At A.L.T., we believe in diversity of thought and giving voice to the voiceless around the country.

That is why A.L.T. offers this unparalleled experience for six to 10 college, graduate, or highly dedicated high school students. This is not your regular theatre internship or leadership program offering only one scope of training. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity that brings accepted students in contact with our producing artistic director, and board of trustees for a year of leadership, fun, and learning from #YourNationalTheatre!

Guided by the A.L.T. producing artistic director and Board of Directors, the Junior Board builds marketing strategy, financial budgets, and other components needed to ensure a successful production and to further the mission of A.L.T.

In the community, the Junior Board leads the way for discussion on social change, and members also gain valuable nonprofit board experience. This one-year tenure will prepare students to be leaders as arts industry professionals and members of society.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
